Payment and Cancellation Policies

Retreats are booked upon request and can be custom designed for any chronic illness. Retreats are $975.00 per participant. Partner/Spouse or family member may accompany participant for an additional $699.00  Limited space available.

Payment Conditions and Cancellation Policy

  • Rates will be charged in Canadian Funds
  • Payment for half of the booking duration is due in advance, upon booking. The remainder is due on arrival
  • All bookings are to be guaranteed by major credit cards, with full prepayment, prior to making booking
  • Weekend rate may change depending upon location

The following conversions are intended as a guide only. This currency converter uses inter-bank rates rather than the cash rates that apply to payments, so it is likely that the actual exchange rate will be different to what is indicated here.

Cancellation Policy

Once we have received your deposit, the room is booked and no further requests for bookings are accepted. Consequently, the deposit is non-refundable. When a cancellation occurs with insufficient notice, we may not be able to resell the reserved spot.  For this reason our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival – 50% of total booking cost is refunded.
Cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival or no show – no refund.
